I utilize various forms of meditation such as guided imagery, mindfulness, and energy based. There are a number of benefits of a meditation practice such as decreased stressed, increased focus, a clear mind, and improved quality of sleep. Every meditation session will be tailored to help you meet your goals. If traditional, silent meditation is difficult for you I can guide you through more active forms of meditation to help guide you into the required mental state.


Breathwork

Harnessing the power of your breath is a MUST for any spiritual or energy based practice. You will learn to use your breath to help balance yourself energetically and focus your mind. A foundation of breath work will take your yogic practice from a physical experience to something truly transcendent.
