Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a wonderful way to relieve muscle-skeletal tension and help to alleviate chronic pain associated with it. I use a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial restructuring techniques to help decrease pain/tension, improve posture, and improve the body’s ability to function. Other benefits of massage therapy include reduced stress, improved breathing patterns, and improved sleep quality. Every massage that I perform is unique and tailored to your body specifically.


Manual Stretching

Do you have trouble feeling a stretch in specific muscle groups? Are you suffering from chronic tension in your muscles? Do you need to improve your posture? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then you need to try out a manual stretching session with me! I will take you through a variety of stretches specifically tailored to your body to help improve posture as well as the functional patterns of your muscles.


Reiki

The form of energy work known as reiki originated in Japan with Mikao Usui in the early 1920s. It is thought by many to be a rediscovery of an ancient technique in which the practitioner channels spiritual energy through his/her body into a recipient. The practice has a variety of benefits; mental, spiritual, and physical. It can be used to help alleviate physical pain, reduce stress, remove negative spiritual influences, and help to create a state of inner peace.
