Reiju and Opening Meditation

We begin our evening with a tradition spiritual blessing called Reiju. This is followed by meditations to invoke the spiritual energies harnessed in the reiki practice.

Reiki Share

We then break off into groups of 2-3 and perform 20-30 minute reiki sessions on each other. All participants will both give and receive reiki.

All are welcome, no experience is necessary!

Discussion and Closing

We take time to discuss our experience together before our final grounding meditation.
